KEEN is a volunteer based organization that provides one-to-one recreational opportunities for children and young adults with developmental and physical disabilities at no cost to their families, regardless of skill and ability.

Programs are run in Washington DC, Baltimore, and Northern Virginia. Current programs include sports, swim, basketball, soccer, music, tae kwon do, tennis, dance, bowling, fitness, yoga and KEEN club.
