ACCESSIBLE HOTELS

Expedia Website

www.expedia.com

Expedia has now added accessibility search tools to their website for the use of travelers in the United States who need to book an accessible hotel.

Log onto expedia.com, find a hotel at the desired location, and then request one or more accessibility features on the reservation page.  Expedia will contact the hotel on the customer’s behalf to ensure that the request can be met.  Expedia will then contact the customer to either confirm the reservation or offer a similar accessible room at another hotel at an equivalent rate.
