Following is the official information on train travel for passengers needing special assistance:

Passengers in wheelchairs and blind passengers are entitled to assistance when boarding and alighting and they are entitled to a reserved seat in an accessible coach. This assistance is available upon the conveyance of appropriate notification to the designated Call center, telephone 03-6117020 or to the General Information Center at *5770 - at least 12 hours prior to the desired scheduled journey.

In the event that you are a passenger who travels the same lines on a regular basis, there is no need to give notification before every journey. Please indicate this fact in your initial notification and we will be ready to assist you on all of your future journeys as well.

Boarding/Alighting with a Wheelchair:
The accessible stations are equipped with designated facilities for safely and conveniently assisting those boarding and alighting with wheelchairs. This facility is operated by a railway employee who has undergone the appropriate training.

Please note:
We will employ our utmost efforts to provide appropriate assistance - even in cases where prior notice has not been given – subject to the limitations of available facilities and manpower.
