A company specializing in adaptive clothing.

They sell both children’s and adult sizes of sleeveless and short sleeved undershirts with snap closed bottoms, similar to “onesies” for babies.  They will take custom orders for odd sizes and different measurements.  Prices run in the twenty-something dollar range, and are well worth the cost.

These undershirts are also perfect for patients in diapers—especially those that tend to put their hands into their diapers--and are usually reimbursable by special needs family reimbursement type programs.
