From their website:
Miriam Home & Services operates a Supported Employment Program, which enables independent and high-functioning adults living with intellectual disabilities to participate in the regular job market, rather than in a sheltered workshop setting. This program facilitates their integration into society, as they are working in community-based environments with the support of social work and other professionals.

The JEM Workshop Inc., a work-oriented rehabilitation facility, is recognized by the Offices des personnes handicappées du Québec (OPHQ) as an adaptive work centre (Centre de travail adapté). The Workshop is designed for challenged members of the Jewish community, 18 years of age and over, motivated to work but unemployable on the mainstream job market due to physical, emotional or intellectual difficulties. A social worker provides Workshop employees with ongoing on-site support.
