Mental Health Support Group---NAMI Queens/ Nassau (National Alliance on Mental Illness) is sponsoring a new support group that will address concerns of those in the Orthodox Jewish community who have a loved one struggling with mental illness. Topics covered will include how to cope with stigma and the obstacles faced in gaining acceptance for someone with mental illness within the Orthodox community. Meetings take place the second Monday of each month at Zucker Hillside Hospital, Room 1201 Ambulatory Care Pavilion from 6:00-7:00 pm. For more information contact Linda Baron Katz at 718-261-3772,
