IBD Support Groups---Jewish Crohns and Colitis Support Group now has the following support group options:

Text message chat groups where all participants are kept anonymous unless chosen otherwise.

In person gatherings--Several small groups of in-person gatherings already set up by location in Boro Park, Flatbush, Williamsburg, Monsey, and Lakewood.

 

If you don’t have text messaging but would still prefer to join a in person gathering group, please feel free to call or send an email and we will notify you if and when there will be a gathering in your area.

New CDPAP Rule---Beginning April 2016, parents will join the list of relatives who are eligible to act as Personal Care Aides under the New York State CDPAP program for their adult children living at home. They can sign up with any agency providing this Medicaid funded service to the community.

Building Blocks Special Needs Magazine---Building Blocks is available (until this Wednesday) as a free insert to the December 23rd issue of the weekly Jewish Press.
