Toy Guide---Toys R Us has released the 2015 edition of their popular Toy Guide For Differently Abled Kids. It is available in both English and Spanish at Toys R Us and Babies R Us stores or online at Toysrus.com/DifferentlyAbled.
The Guide showcases specially selected toys that aid in the skill development of children who have physical, cognitive or developmental disabilities. Because all kids are unique, regardless of ability, toys are not categorized by disability or by age. Instead, symbols are assigned based on different skills, such as Auditory, Language, Social, Creativity and more. There is also an easy-to-use toy selection index that sorts toys according to the skills they help develop, so parents can quickly find playthings that most benefit their child’s growth and learning
