Changes to New Jersey Service Coordination--Individuals receiving support through NJ’s Division of Developmental Disabilities (DDD) are currently able to choose between self-directed services, which utilizes a support coordinator, and case management. Going forward, once DDD’s Supports Program is active all individuals will eventually transition from case management to a support coordinator.

The Boggs Center on Developmental Disabilities created a new guide “Choosing a Support Coordination Agency” to assist individuals with I/DD and their families in identifying a support coordination agency that best fits their needs.  It can be found at  http://rwjms.rutgers.edu/boggscenter/projects/NJISP.html
