Fearless Friends Obsession Therapy--Fearless Friends is a 5-day intensive behavior therapy program to help children become more confident and less anxious. The program will be held this summer from Monday, August 19 through Friday, August 23 from 9am-2pm. The goal is to help children with obsessive-compulsive disorder or specific phobias confront their obsessions and fears in a healthy way. Children ages 8-12 are eligible for the program, and younger and older children will be considered on an individual basis. Baltimore LISS Funding—We have been notified that Maryland families applying for LISS funding should not submit their applications until July 1, 2013 in order to apply for this year’s funding. Any applications received earlier will be considered as part of the old funding requests, which has already been used up.
Stuttering Therapy--There will be a two week intensive speech therapy program that will be held at the end of July in Queens, NY. The two speech therapists running the group (one if from Europe) have many years of experience in treating people who stutter. Social Skills Program--The REIM program is a supportive social-enrichment framework run by the MATNAS organization and which takes place in the MATNAS buildings throughout the country. The goal of the program is to offer a response for adults, teenagers and children who deal with social difficulties due to communication, learning and adaptation disorders.

Bike Outings—Biking in Emek Israel with "Etgarim". Individuals ages 15-25 with special needs are invited to join the bike riding workshop on Tuesdays in Nehalel.
Workshops will take place between 5:30-7:45 pm– until the end of September 2013. Those who find bike riding difficult can ride tandem bikes with a companion
