This website sponsored by the Ministry of Health enables a thorough investigation of medical rights, and the ability to compare the different Kupot Cholim and the supplementary insurances. The site also offers information about treatments, medications, tests and anything which appears as part of the insured's rights. It also includes a listing of what is included in the health basket, what appears in the Additional Health Services program of the kuppot cholim, where to turn to receive the services, in which framework the services can be received, whether there are conditions to be met in order to receive the services as well as other additional important information for the insured.

The computerized system will provide an official letter that can be printed, from the Ministry of Health to the applicant, in which the eligibility will be formally written. The letter will be sent by email or fax, as per the applicant's request. The applicant will be able to show the letter from the Ministry of Health to the medical institution to demand his eligibility.
