Tatzmichu is an organization providing subsidized professional mental health therapy to seminary girls in Israel.

The principal or mentor reaches out and fills out an application on behalf of the student. Their case manager reviews the application and discusses with the principal how the student can be helped most efficiently. 

If therapy is needed, Tatzmichu deals financially directly with the therapist.

They follow up with the principal to see if more sessions are required.
