A charitable organization assisting seriously ill children and their families with special treatment needs, medical expenses and financial assistance in times of need. They will also cover various types of expenses if directly related to the child’s needs. For example, if the family cannot pay it’s rent due to having paid the child’s medical bills (proof required).
Though they will provide assistance more than once, you may only apply for therapy and respite once in a 12-month timeframe.
Call to ask for a Request for Assistance form or go online to the “get help now” section to print a copy. The form may be completed by the child’s parent, physician, therapist, social worker, teacher or community liaison.
