"Eggless" Recipes
EGGLESS BROWNIES

350* oven
2 1/2 cups blanched almond flour
2 pears - pureed into "pearsauce" using food processor
1/4 to 1/3 cup coconut oil
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking soda
Put all ingredients into food processor EXCEPT flour. Process until it
takes on a "butter-like" consistency. Then add the almond flour and
mix until blended.In the bottom of an 8x8 baking dish spread some
coconut oil all around. Then sprinkle a little almond flour on the
bottom.Spread mixture into pan. It will be pretty sticky so you may
have to work with it a little to smooth it out. Bake for about 30 minutes.
