MyTEAM is a non-profit organization that confidentially supports Jewish girls and women between the ages of 12 & 30 with non-life-threatening chronic illnesses, such as Crohn's Disease, Juvenile Arthritis, POTS, Diabetes, and many similar conditions. They currently service more than 350 young women and girls internationally through one-on-one mentor and peer support, daily interactive emails, monthly teleconferences, Shabbatons, and other events. They provide resources for school faculty and parents in understanding and addressing the needs of students with chronic illness.
