An online support group run by Wendy Mueller.  This is a very large, secular group, and most members are anonymous.  A psychiatrist (Michael Jenike, MD) and a psychologist (James Claiborn, Ph. D.) answer many of the questions posted daily.  The group runs through public email format, and can be accessed through its website or through your private email.

An online support group for frum people with OCD mediated by Sheryl Prenzlau, MSW, a therapist in Israel specializing in the treatment of OCD.  The group is small, but it’s a great place to contact Sheryl with questions.

Free support groups for individuals with OCD (and co-occurring disorders) as well as their family/friends. Learn skills and strategies to improve everyday life and make daily challenges more manageable. Attendees of the group will learn what OCD is, how to live with uncertainty, coping strategies and methods of treatment, specifically focusing on the research supported methods of Exposure and Response Prevention (E/RP). Open to anyone diagnosed with OCD or anyone looking to help emotionally support someone with OCD.
