Keren Malki is an Israeli Amuta that funds paramedical therapies and loans special equipment (through Yad Sarah) for children with special needs across Israel. Some of their services are:
- The Therapies at Home Program subsidizes the expense of paramedical therapeutic care selected by the child's family. The program supports five kinds of therapy: physical and occupational therapy, speech therapy, hydrotherapy and therapeutic horse riding.
- The Keren Malki Special Equipment Lending Unit in partnership with Yad Sarah, provides essential paramedical equipment on a long-term loan basis: walkers, standers, bath inserts and other items that might otherwise be out of reach because of their cost or because they are simply unavailable in Israel.
- The Zlata Hersch Memorial Therapists on Wheels Program sends qualified therapists (physio, occupational and speech) to special-needs children living in towns and communities in Israel’s north and south.
