An organization providing flights for children up to age 18 and one parent in order to access life-saving, life-changing, and life-sustaining health care. They will assess the family’s medical and financial needs, and provide flights for as long as treatment is necessary.
Client families must be traveling to medical facilities within the United States. For international clients traveling to the US, they will partner with American Airline’s Miles For Global Health and Wellbeing Program.
