NYDBC is a federally funded grant that provides technical assistance for children and young adults ages 0-21 who are deaf-blind. Their mission is to achieve measurable improvements in the quality of life for children and youth who are deaf-blind throughout New York State. Training and mentoring is provided either face-to-face or through distance technologies to schools, agencies, and families in order to enhance knowledge and skills on behalf of students who are deaf-blind.
