Understanding SSDI

This is a link to a powerpoint presentation created for a webinar sponsored by a local transition organization. It's actually general and applies throughout the US, it's not county-specific even though it was run here as targeted within county.

It's very straightforward, and was meant to be understood by parents and by transitioning teens with disabilities. It's not hugely in-depth, but it's a very good jumping-off point if you don't know what might be available.
