Repetitive Motion Disorders (RMD)

Also known as Repetitive strain injury (RSI).  Caused by repeated uninterrupted repetitions of an activity or motion, or unnatural or awkward motions like twisting. RMDs occur mostly in the hands, wrists, elbows and shoulders.
