A non-profit dedicated to providing grants to adults (26 and older) in need of financial assistance for treatment, medication and doctors’ visit resulting from Lyme disease. Application is for anyone diagnosed with Lyme disease in the USA, age 26 and older, and can demonstrate a qualified financial need.

An organization that provides grants to enable eligible children and young adults up to age 25 with Lyme disease to receive proper treatment and medication. Child must be a patient of a Lyme literate medical provider. The grant covers expenses relating to the treatment of Lyme disease, including medication, supplements, doctor visits, lab testing, alternative practitioners such as Acupuncturists and Chiropractors, and transportation to and from the out of area doctor or lab.
