Kugelberg-Welander Disease

An inherited form of spinal muscular atrophy, a motor neuron disease which causes the progressive degeneration of spinal cord motor neurons.  This causes muscle wasting in the arms, legs, head, and neck.  See spinal muscular atrophy and motor neuron disease
